Clinic Cancellation Policy
Any changes to your appointment made within 24 hours of your scheduled treatment or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the original treatment cost, with the exception of counselling (please see below). This fee cannot be billed to private insurance or ICBC.
We kindly ask for advance notice so we can offer the appointment slot to another patient and respect our practitioners' time.
