Please check with your insurance carrier about the details of your specific plan.

We offer this service at no extra charge. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the availability of direct billing due to issues with individual benefits plans, problems with the submission portal, or clinic logistical considerations.

*Canada Life direct billing does not include the Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP), which we are currently not partnered with.

**Pacific Blue Cross direct billing does not include Medavie Blue Cross, which we are not currently partnered with.

How does direct billing work?
You provide your policy number/ID, and we submit it through the web portal. The portal will provide the exact amount your benefits plan will pay. If there’s a remaining balance, it will be the responsibility of the patient to pay the difference.
Can I check my exact coverage, or how many visits are covered?
Due to privacy, we do not have access to your benefit plan details (statements, limits, policy details, deductible, etc.). You will have to contact your policy provider for this information. Our submission portal allows us to submit but not access your private coverage information.
Can I use direct billing to prepay for my future visits?
We can only direct bill for visits at the time of treatment.
What if I have several insurance plans? Can you help coordinate them?
We can only direct bill one plan per visit. You’ll have to contact your other plan provider on your own.
What if you cannot process my direct billing due to the portal being down?
You will have to pay for your appointment at the time of service with cash, debit, or credit card. We will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your provider.
