Evolve therapeutic is proud to introduce the newest member of our team, Dan Kaiser, Personal Trainer! Dan offers both individual and semi-private personal training to help you and your loved ones reach your health and wellness goals. He has extensive knowledge on how to create customized training circuits to challenge and optimize both mind and body.
With a strong background in team sports, Dan understands the importance of focus, coordination, motivation, and teamwork on reaching both fitness and personal goals. Dan’s energetic personality and passion for personal training allow him to connect with his clients and motivate them to achieve new personal goals at all stages of their fitness journey.
While most of Evolve’s offerings focus on healing and rehabilitation, personal training is focused on strengthening and optimizing your body by understanding your unique abilities, goals, and by altering aspects of your lifestyle to give you the tools you need to succeed.
Personal training is made up of four core components.
During your first meeting, a personal trainer will assess your current condition, your level of fitness, your everyday routines, and use these details to understand you and how to best help you achieve your goals.
Throughout your next few sessions, you and your personal trainer will work on developing new routines of fitness and exercise that can be incorporated into your existing schedule. These routines will be customized to your unique wants and needs.
Your personal trainer will help keep you accountable for maintaining these health and fitness routines on a regular basis. They will encourage you to monitor your own progress on days where they will not see you, and monitor your progress in-person during follow-up sessions.
Your personal trainer will help you adjust your exercise and lifestyle routines as your abilities and needs change, which can give you new challenges to push your mind and body to new levels.
While Instagram ads and television commercials usually portray personal training services as mainly used by young athletes, in reality, personal trainers can be for anyone, of any age, gender, or background. A personal trainer is someone who understands how different exercises and activities can help you strengthen your body, regardless of your current physical status, and works with you to build upon the abilities you already have.
