As the weather gets warmer and more of us are spending more time outdoors, we want to encourage you to learn more about how to avoid falls, and how to safely get back on your feet if one happens. Kelvin Cheung, RMT, will explain why falls increase as we age, the importance of balance and strength, and so much more. Join us for another installation in our free workshop series. This month, we are focusing on how to strengthen your body using Therabands and your own body weight.
